In dental surgeries, every patient procedure generates airborne contaminants that remain suspended for hours. Add to this the chemical residues from disinfectants, adhesives or impression products, and the result is a saturated, confined environment with continuous exposure for staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shield tested in real world conditions<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To assess the real impact of air purification in dental practices, JVD, a French hygiene expert for over 40 years, conducted an on-site study in a dental clinic near Nantes. The two-phase study measured indoor air pollution levels during patient care and evaluated the performance of the Shield Compact purifier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducted in collaboration with laboratories TERA Environnement and Conidia Coniphy, and sensor manufacturers Ellona and Ethera, the study tracked fine particles (PM1, PM2.5, PM10), biological aerosols, VOCs and odours in real time. The results were clear: as soon as the Shield Compact was activated, pollutant peaks dropped significantly<\/strong>.
